This was back in the late 90′s and Regency has been my go-to jewelry repair and retail shop ever since. I own a lot of vintage pieces, and Regency is able to do cleaning and repairs with the attention to detail wholesale Silver Jewelry, those pieces require. I’d been going to a jeweler in Santa Monica for prong tightenings since 2007. ?After inconsistent and unwelcoming experiences there, I posted an honest negative review which blew up in my face (many harassing phone calls from the business, slanderous responses to my review pearl earrings, etc.). ?So… this time when I had a loose prong, I was without a “regular” jeweler to go to.Lots of yelp searching later, I landed on Regency. ?I’m so glad I did!I walked in yesterday around noon, expecting to drop my ring off, be told to return in a week to pick it up, and be charged anywhere between $50-100… because that’s what I’m used to for this repair.I handed my ring to the woman behind the counter. ?She complimented it, took it into the back room, and came back out to chat. ?I felt a little awkward, not sure why she was making conversation instead of giving me a claim slip and sending me on my way. ?About 90 seconds later, I heard “it’s done!” from the back room. ?I’m sorry, what?When she handed my ring back and I took out my wallet, she winked and said “oh, there’s no charge for this, dear.”I walked out of that place beaming. ?What a difference from what I’m used to!The jewelry under the counter was gorgeous… plenty of eye candy to look at while I was waiting. ?Regency will be my first stop next time I’m in the market for a new piece of jewelry (which, sadly, doesn’t happen as often as I’d like). ?After the perfect service experience I had yesterday, I don’t really want to go anywhere else!
Exceptional service, value, and work. ? I had a ring sized, same day, for a reasonable price. ?I had a broken watch that I took to two other shops. One said, ?$200 or forget it, one said, $60 but I really don’t want to and you better pay in advanc. I could not believe other watch repair shops turned down work! ?They did not do that here, they gladly fixed the watch, for only $35. ?I like their work ethic and great customer service.

Regency Jewelry is the best jeweler in town!i took a ring in for repair. needed to replace a prong holding the center stone in place. they repaired the prong, polished the stone and cleaned the ring. when i went to pick it up, it looked like a new ring.the owner is incredibly nice + helpful.i went back a few weeks ago to have him look at a pair of diamond earrings that i received for a gift. ?just needed him to check the color and size. he looked at them, gave me his expert opinion on the quality, cleaned them and didn’t charge me anything!he’s got a customer for life. they also sell beautiful estate jewelry. if you’re looking for a unique gift, this is the place to go.
They are very good at fixing jewelry, but some of the people working there ?are sometimes not very tactful. ?Others are very helpful
I went here based on Jason M’s rec and the fact that it’s a stone’s throw from my apartment and had a similarly helpful experience. They replaced a screw back on an earring for me, it took less than ten minutes and, best of all, free parking!
They did a nice job resizing my engagement ring…they did it ?the same day for only $40. Also, they were friendly and gave us a lot of information about the ring. Really good experience.

Although there are many bead stores in Los Angeles that have very rude storekeepers, the owner of Stone Art Bead Store, Francis, is a sweetheart. The minute I walked in, she was very friendly and talkative and very helpful. Her store has a large variety of natural stones for the size of her shop and she will help you with what you need.
Francine: the owner shows so much respect for new customers liky my GF & I. We walk in there about 20 mins till closing and look around and we see lots of great looking beads. My GF spends about 20.00 in here with so many great selections who couldnt. Free parking 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry, and thats very important to us because there are meter men/woman driving around marking your cars in the strreets near this place.My GF & I wanted to know how much the classes would be and Francine said they’re free. -She said I’ll show you in 3 mins. Very helpful, wonderful woman. Her store is very small but I took lot’s of photos and linked them up in her yelp account, so check them out. By the way… MY GPS SAID TURN LEFT THEN YOU WILL SEE IT ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE – THAT WAS WRONG (ITS ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE, VIEW MY PHOTOS TO SEE WHERE EXACTLY THIS PLACE IS) -Francine says the yelp address is one number off.

We were strolling along and came across this store. It is packed with lots of stuff so don’t come in here with a stroller or an impatient significant other. My friend got the cutest sundress here for about $42! That is a great price. They even make their own line of peace logoed clothing which they donate some proceeds from each item sold to a good cause. If you just landed on the beach and came here, you could easily leave with an outfit, jewelry, bag rhinestone jewelry, etc to fit in asap. The sale women were all very friendly, helpful, and great! The brown shopping bag you get when you buy something is awesome, it has a picture of a cow on the beach sunning himself. Classic!
Of course if a store is going to be painted like a cow one must enter. It’s a cute boutique shop that has a ton of inspirational and motivational sayings painted on wood, engraved on stones and silkscreened on teeshirts. The prices are typical boutique prices. they have a lot of their own clothing line which consists of everything from sweatshirts to track jackets, tank tops and thermals. Everything is centered around peace, love and happiness but in the modern way. they had a ton of jewelry and lots of well priced unique greeting cards. I ended up buying what I think will become my new favorite hat and a top i got on sale for 50% off. It’s worth it to poke around and the sales ladies were always there to help me but not overbearing. The store is small so it can get cramped if there are more than 9 people in there at once. They had a nice selection of long summer dresses and summer/spring tops. I liked their tops because most of them have a light padding so one can go *ahem* bra less (some women find that necessary, I’m just sayin). Apparently their clothing stock changes quite frequently so frequent visits if you’re in the area are a must (especially if you can find deals).
My daughter loves this place antique watches! ?I love this place! ?The clothes are unique and very cool.
